Returns and Exchanges

This Returns & Exchange Policy applies to purchases made through Orisomes.com. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

1. Order Cancellation (Right of Withdrawal)


You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period begins on the date you receive the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at uptake@orisomes.com
, quoting your order number.

The right to cancel does not apply to personalized, custom-made, or specially altered garments.

If cancellation is requested within the valid period and the item has already been shipped, you must return the item in accordance with the return conditions below.


2. Return Eligibility


We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed.

All original tags and packaging are intact.

The item is free from perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, or damage.

The item has not been altered or customized.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Personalized or custom-made items

Altered garments

Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable at purchase)

Items returned outside the 14-day return window

4. Return Process


To initiate a return or exchange:

Email uptake@orisomes.com
 with:

Your full name

Order number

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return

Indicate whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Wait for return authorization and return instructions before sending the item.

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipment unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

All returns must be shipped:

Using a trackable shipping method (recorded delivery or courier).

Properly insured for the full purchase value.

With a commercial invoice (for international returns), if required by customs.

Items remain the customer's responsibility until received and confirmed by Orisomes. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.


5. Refunds


Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).

Please note that payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.

6. Exchanges


If you request an exchange:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs related to exchanges.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items


If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at uptake@orisomes.com
 with clear photos and your order number.

If the issue is confirmed:

We will provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.

Return shipping costs in such cases will be covered by Orisomes.
