Shipping Policy
At Orisomes, we are committed to providing an exceptional shipping experience while also supporting sustainable practices.
We offer free international shipping and partner with reliable logistics providers such as UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, and 3PE Express to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and efficiently.
Made-to-order items may take 8 to 14 days to ship as they are crafted specifically for you.
Ready-to-ship items will follow our standard shipping timeline.
Orders placed before 2 PM PST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. A shipment confirmation will be sent once your order is processed.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or company-observed holidays.
SHIPPING DEADLINES
We strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. To make sure your order ships to meet the expedited shipping deadline, your order must be placed and your payment must be authorized before 12PM EST. All orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to two business days processing time in addition to standard delivery time based on your selected shipping method. Note that certain items are excluded from overnight or Second Day shipping.
Orisomes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are addressed to a freight forwarding service. Should you wish to use this type of service, you are taking responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs to your shipment. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that are reported missing or damaged, that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to the facility. Any order addressed to a freight forwarding service is placed at your own risk.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
On rare occasions, such as the holiday season and special sales, delays in processing may occur. Your business is important to us, so if your order is unexpectedly delayed, feel free to contact us.
Order Tracking Information
Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt Email
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number.
Click the link in the email to track the progress of your shipment.
Order History
You can also track your order in your order history.
Sign into your account and click Order History. If you used Guest Checkout and do not have an Orisomes account, just click Order Tracking at the bottom of the page and fill in your information.
Click "View Order" in your order history.
Click "Track Items" to get the tracking information for your order.
It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
Refused Shipments
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact Orisomes Concierge so that we can get you sorted.
If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.
Redirecting An Order
Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
